Welcome to the 2025 ERE Newsletter
Recruiting news and content — plus webinars, conferences, research, and more.
Recruiting Reading For All. Anytime. Anywhere.
From the Editor
Happy New Year!
Going forward, the ERE Recruiting, SourceCon, and CandE newsletters will be merged into one and will bring you all the latest news and insights on sourcing, recruiting, and candidate experience.
I’m also excited to announce that I’ll be your new ERE editor. Each week I’ll collaborate with the SourceCon editor Jim Stroud and the rest of the ERE team to write, curate, and deliver relevant recruiting and sourcing content for TA leaders and their teams.
A special thank you to Michael Glenn for elevating the newsletter’s visibility in 2024 and for setting a high bar for quality recruiting content. Michael has launched his own Employer Branding firm called Employer Branding EXP and you should check it out.
We know your time is precious and that there is lots of content competing for your attention, so we aim to keep this weekly newsletter timely and concise with news links and recruiting and sourcing articles.
Here’s to a prosperous 2025! We look forward to your feedback.
